The Shortlist 2018 Q1: Digitization of the A/E/C Landscape

Our 2018 Q1 issue of The Shortlist is called "Digitization of the A/E/C Landscape." It is also the last Shortlist in the traditional format, as The Shortlist will now transform into a blog. We’ve come a long way since the first issue of The Shortlist was produced in 1986!

Articles include a feature story by Traci Vogel on the “Evolution of the Shortlist,” and a nostalgic piece by Katelyn Surprenant about what things were like in the A/E/C industry back in the olden days of 1986. Katelyn also provides a “CRM Round-Up,” with some polling data on CRM’s. In addition, Hannah Mobarekeh contributes an article on “Pioneering Content,” and Ginger Kelly provides a review of the very-successful Pacific Regional Conference in Napa. Along with these articles, we also have our regular features, including the President’s Quarterly Update, our news feature known as The Network, a list of new members, and Spotlight articles on both a new member and two long-term members.

As always, we welcome your comments and suggestions about the Shortlist. If you're interested in contributing an article for the future blog, please let us know. SMPS SFBAC is a volunteer-run organization, so we need and welcome your participation!
