SPEAKER BIO

Kerwin Allen, P.E., V.P, Kennedy/Jenks Consultants

Kerwin Allen has been working in the environmental engineering consulting industry for 35 years. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California in Civil Engineering with a minor in Architecture. Mr. Allen’s career has been a rich and varied one, with responsibilities spanning design, construction management, business development, office and regional operations management, project management, and serving on the Kennedy/Jenks Consultants’ Board of Directors. During his career, Mr. Allen has been responsible for developing winning cost strategies for client pursuits, producing viable project estimates, as well as maintaining operations and project budgets to achieve maximum profits for his firm. Most recently, Mr. Allen successfully managed the $2.4B Masterplan Improvements to San Francisco International Airport and the $3B EchoWater Program at Sacramento Regional.

His business development and client management experience has served such clients as:
