Power up your mind, body, and soul with SMPS SFBAC!

Join us for an evening of yoga, meditation, and nutrition. Experts will share their secrets to healthy, balanced living at home and in the workplace through fun, interactive well-being workshops. Workshops will include easy yoga poses, meditation sessions focused on mind/body awareness through breath and body awareness, and nutrition coaching. Enjoy a build-your-own smoothie bar, healthy snacks and drinks, networking, and learn tips and tricks to living your best, and healthiest life.

    Experts include:

    Drew Wolfson, Anchor Meditation
Drew will be leading Anchor Meditation’s Signature Anchored Meditation Class. Whether you are new to meditation or have an existing practice, this class is the perfect dose of discussion and stillness. She will provide you with some of the benefits of why we meditate, and some of the science behind the practice. Through breath and/or body awareness you will easily connect with the present moment and become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and sensations.

    Wes Linch
Wes Linch was introduced to Yoga and Eastern philosophy over 12 years ago in a desire to know more about himself. He is a Vinyasa Yoga instructor, having received over 700 hours of training primarily through Yogaworks, and now assists their teacher training program. Wes focuses primarily on bridging the gap between breath, alignment, and awareness through movement. He aims to make the energy of the practice relevant, on and off the mat, by introducing traditional yogic teachings with a modern twist.

    Chris Engen, Nutrition For Recovery
Chris Engen is a Nutrition Consultant, certified by Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts in Berkeley. Chris looks at each person as a biochemically unique individual, with different needs and goals. She focuses on the whole person: physical, mental, emotional and environmental. Chris specializes in weight management, digestive health, athletic performance and recovery and nutrition for mental health. She loves sharing her passion for health and wellness and the beautiful life that comes with being properly nourished from REAL FOOD with anyone who is willing to learn!

We will also be collecting toiletries to donate to St. Anthony’s Foundation. Items needed include shampoo/conditioner, toothbrushes/toothpaste, soap, lotion, and deodorant. Read more here: https://www.stanthonysf.org/toiletries-for-the-tenderloin/
