About Mentoring Pathways
Building on more than a decade as one of the Chapter’s most successful programs, Mentoring Pathways 2026 offers a personal and inclusive format with one-on-one mentoring, as well as informative bi-monthly virtual group meetings with guest speakers focusing on specific professional development topics to educate and inspire mentors and protégés alike. We also provide opportunities for social gatherings so that the group can come together in person as a cohort and get to know one another better.
Mentoring Pathways is designed to promote long-term leadership and career development. Successful mentoring is a dynamic process rooted in rapport building. Participants candidly and objectively assist each other in defining professional and personal growth goals. A firm commitment to the mentoring process and a willingness to invest time and energy are important components for a successful relationship and a rewarding program experience.
