The world has shifted since the SMPS San Francisco Bay Area Chapter last conducted a salary survey in 2018. The 2020 pandemic left an indelible impact on both our professional and personal lives. In the work sphere, we’re cognizant of the “Great Resignation” trend and that salaries are becoming far more competitive as the labor force shrinks. The purpose of our 2022 Salary Survey is to help ensure fair and equitable compensation for individuals and to provide company decision-makers with data to make informed operational decisions.
